From private bungalows of 1-3 bedrooms to individual suites, this spacious eco-villa is perfect for a couples retreat, family gathering or reunion, providing sleeping space for up to 23 guests (whole villa). Immerse yourself in comfort, nature and tranquility. We have designed our Guesthouses to be multi-purposed. More than one room may be combined for larger groups. The Tangerina and Jabuticaba Suites can be rented together with private access to the kitchen and Kitchen Patio. We call this private unit – the Peroba Townhouse. In this case, the adjoining door to the downstairs Lichia Suite, with it’s own mini-kitchen and separate entrance, is locked off and may be rented to another party. Likewise for groups of 6 or more, we offer the Ipê Bungalow and Eco-Chalé together. Given their proximity and connection by deck, this combined unit makes an excellent 3-bedroom option for up to 11 people, with two kitchens and plenty of private space. Our entire Villa of 3 guesthouses is perfect for groups of up to 21 people seeking a private luxury experience. Our on-site staff stay out of the way, but are also available for anything you might need.

Yes, we may require a security deposit or pre-authorization on your credit card to cover any incidental charges during your stay. The amount is refunded upon check-out, minus any charges incurred.

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the rate and reservation type. For the flexible rate we require 50% to reserve your stay, fully refundable until 30 days before arrival. There is no refund within the 7 days prior to arrival. You can find detailed information about our cancellation policy during the booking process or in your confirmation email.

Yes, we can arrange airport shuttle service with our partners. Please contact our concierge or reservation team in advance to arrange transportation.
We offer free, uncovered parking for our guests (limit of one medium-sized car). Priority is given to bungalow guests. Due to space restrictions, suite guest parking is subject to availability. On-street parking is free.
Yes, all of our rooms and bungalows are unique. Please chose the unit you prefer and check for availability on your desired dates.
We welcome well-behaved pets at our guesthouse for bungalow guests. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets for suite guests. Although we allow pets, we strive to provide a peaceful environment for all our guests (pet owners and non-owners), and, as such, request that you accompany your pet at all times in all common areas. Please review our pet policy for information on fees and guidelines.
We accept children of all ages. There are some elements of the arquitetural construction that pose a risk to small children. All the bungalows have raised decks without railings. Staircases and the green roof are also not safe for small children, if left unattended. Please take the necessary precautions.
We offer delicious and healthy breakfasts as an extra service. Our breakfast is personalized and served in the guest’s bungalow or in the garden at the time agreed upon. We offer both simple fixed vegetarian breakfast menus or options a la carte from our menu. As our breakfasts are prepared individually and personalized, we are happy to accept special requests (vegan/gluten-free). We kindly request that you order breakfast the day before so that we have time to prepare.
Yes, we provide sheets and towels for all our guests, included in the room rate. We change towels upon request every 4 days, and sheets every 7 days. If you would like extra changes or extra sheets and towels, there is a small fee.
Yes, we provide a laundry service at an additional cost. Please keep in mind that we will need 24 hours to return your clothes. We do not have a washer available for use by the guests.
