Our check-in and check-out is totally automated for quick and easy arrival. All the information you need is to locate the property, enter the gate, and find your room and key is provided via link before your arrival. We also have a team onsite available to assist if needed. However, if you are arriving later than 6pm and would like assistance, please let us know so we can be sure to be available. 

Early check-in is subject to availability and possible additional fees. 

Unfortunately, we can not allow late check out without charging an additional fee, since we must have all rooms available for check in by 3pm for arriving guests.  To allow late check-out, when available, requires that we reserve the room for you. We may be able to offer a reduced rate if you’d like to extend your stay past 3pm without staying an extra night. Please let us know if you need this service.

For suites or small rooms, we may be able to extend the checkout by an hour as a cortesy. Please let us know if you will need extra time, and if possible, we would be happy to help.

Luggage can be stored before check-in and after check-out. We will store your bags in a safe place, however we do not have a locked area only accessible to our staff. Please take any valuables with you, as we are not responsible for lost items.

Breakfast is not included in the daily rate. If you would like to contract or breakfast service, we offer a la carte from our menu, or fixed plates, as well as a buffet option for larger groups of 4 or more. Please see our Experience page for more information. All breakfast requests should be made the day before in order to provide us with the time needed for preparation. Our breakfast is personalized to our guests and served at your bungalow or in the yard.  

Sheets and towels are included in your reservation. We also provide extra blankets as needed during the winter. Most double beds come with 4 pillows. If you need extra items, please let us know. We also supply bath towels (one per guest) and beach towels (one per guest). Please do not take the bath towels to the beach and avoid using them to clean sunscreen or make-up as permanent stains will be charged a towel replacement fee. 

Pets are allowed only in entire bungalow rentals (Ipê bungalow, Peroba bungalow, Eco-Chalé or a combination of these).  Prior approval and a fee of R$100 per pet must be made in advance. Pets are not allowed in suites and apartments/flats in order to guarantee a peaceful stay for all our guests. Pets should be kept on a lease at all times while in common areas and should not be left behind in the bungalows when out on day trips. 

While we are Pet Friendly and enjoy having your companion on site, our priority lies with providing a peaceful environment for all our guests and ask that our guests use their best judgement and bring only well trained animals. 

Yes, but we have limited spaces within the property gate. If parking on the property is essential to your reservation please request this ahead of time. Unlimited free street parking is  available. 

The Peroba Suites have access to a kitchen (as well as deck and TV room) that is shared with only one other suite.

Lichia Studio: small mini-kitchen with frigobar and electric cooktop.

Pitanga Suíte: No kitchen

Bungalows: all bungalows and flat/apartments have private kitchens. These kitchens are fully equipped (stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker, blender, cookware, tableware). Only the Eco-Chalé does not have full oven (it has an electric toaster oven).

We welcome children and offer an outdoor space and yard for playing, as well as some board games and books. However, most units have stairs, balconies, and elevated floors, often without nets. Parents are fully responsible for the supervision and safety of their children.

We are a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor garden areas. Please do not smoke in the rooms. Any damages caused or extra cleaning necessary, will be charged. 

We are at 483 Araponga Street, in the Caboré neighborhood. It is a quiet residential area only 1.7 km from the historic center, following a nice bike path along the river. We are also about 1.5 km from Jabaquara Beach. There are small markets and bakeries about 5 minutes by foot and larger supermarkets 15 minutes by foot. We also rent bicycles and can arrange a long-stay rate.
